Had an amazing workout at the gym tonight, despite my body’s original protests against it. I was in no mood to go to the gym or work hard tonight, but I decided to keep things into high gear and push past that feeling.
My workouts had been sporadic for a while, but thankfully, I feel my motivation creeping back into me. Getting my “groove” back if you will. So, with this, I decided, it is time to set some new goals to reach to keep me pushing hard to get where I want to be with my body, my health, my fitness and my overall happiness. Will be posting my new goals tomorrow.
