This is the blog of a once athletic and now overweight girl trudging through the trenches to regain her health, endurance and overall fitness. Having already lost over 120 lbs, I hope to encourage others, not only with the things I have learned through my mental and physical journey, but also inspire and provide tips toward conquering your own mountain and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Figured it was time to compare my face profile, since I haven’t yet.  I feel like this is the most drastic show of my weight loss since August 2011 so far.  I didn’t expect the difference to be so huge.  I feel like a new person and now I can see that I LOOK like a new person to!
I was nearly 334 lbs at the start,  I was 305 lbs when I officially began to workout and change my diet more drastically.  I hope this proves to anyone struggling, that no matter how far you have to go or how much you have to lose, you CAN succeed, even if it it is hard, even if you are scared.  Want anything bad enough, put the time and effort in, connect with other supportive people and you will have no choice but to fail until you succeed.  Failures are simply there to give you things to strive for, so don’t let them get you down, think of them as a stepping stone to something greater.
Much love to you all.  I am so grateful to have this chance to share my journey with each and everyone of you.  <3
