This is the blog of a once athletic and now overweight girl trudging through the trenches to regain her health, endurance and overall fitness. I hate it when I sleep past my alarm on days I don’t have to work. At first, it feels nice to sleep in, but afterwards you feel awful. How do YOU combat this habit?

norm. before I head to bed, i wear my sports bra and shorts before i sleep, that’ll help you a lot!

I usually set my alarm somewhere in the middle so I can relax knowing I’ve had a lie in but don’t feel gross for staying in bed too long :) x
