I am excited to be restarting the program, though I admit, intimidated as well. It has been a good four weeks since I did any workout that is at this level of intensity. My knee is finally getting to be in much better shape now that I am not on it, bending up and down and washing floors by hand everyday. Still have slight bruising under the knee caps, so I will be taking it a little easier on jumps, but I am so ready for this.
