
I will admit, it has been a bit of a bad body image day for me, but I am going out and going to try to make the most of it! We all have these now and then, what is important is to continue cultivating that positive attitude and trying to look past your flaws even when it is hard. The first step toward reaching your goals and loving yourself is being proactive about it. When you wake up and you hate what you seek, wash away the negatives and try to look at yourself for the good things about you.
