My daily workout today was cardio belly dancing! I miss belly dance so much and it is an amazing workout. I actually sweat more from a cardio belly dance routine than many other workouts, which surprises a lot of people. Not to mention it is loads of fun. Zumba and dance fanatics should totally check it out. It provides a very great abdominal workout. Have you ever tried it?
