Progress
I am so happy.  It has officially been six months since I started shakeology.  Lost nearly 150lbs since.  Feels great! What are your goals and how far are you from reaching them?

What Should I Do?
P90X yoga is done, though I was hoping to fit in another workout.  I rekindled my fire for belly dance last night and feel inclined to do the routine again, either that or attempt a first with some zumba.  What do you suggest? Also, I have quite a lot of followers wanting more details information about me, my daily intake, my go-to workouts, etc, so I will be compiling a few extra pages tonight...

Goals and Achievements
I am loving my beautiful runs through Sharon Woods.  I have been making it a habit to train there as often as possible.  I have decided after finding some information, that my first big achievement is to run in the 5k Warrior Dash either in Ohio in June (2nd & 3rd) or when I am visiting Wisconsin in August (18th). Beautiful Day
Today was amazing and beautiful.  I did things, just for me, for the first time in a long time and I can’t even begin to explain how much it made me feel truly alive. Took the camera with for my run and hike.  I was alone in the serenity and peaceful calm of nature.  Ran four miles and walked slowly through the trees before sunset for about two more miles.                       ...
