I am so happy. It has officially been six months since I started shakeology. Lost nearly 150lbs since. Feels great! What are your goals and how far are you from reaching them?

What Should I Do?
P90X yoga is done, though I was hoping to fit in another workout. I rekindled my fire for belly dance last night and feel inclined to do the routine again, either that or attempt a first with some zumba. What do you suggest? I am loving my beautiful runs through Sharon Woods. I have been making it a habit to train there as often as possible. Today was amazing and beautiful. I did things, just for me, for the first time in a long time and I can’t even begin to explain how much it made me feel truly alive.
