Had to leave my job. It is far too taxing on my knee and I honestly think it is close to the brink. My ligament is “snapping” back when I extend my leg and it hurts a LOT. I am still working out like crazy, but going back to P90X for now. Had to stop Insanity while my knee heals. Time for some shakeology! It really has helped increase my energy as I get used to a much more intense job. Might end up being out for 10 hours today, since one of the places is in the middle of no where. Burning an insane amount of calories though. My knees are super sore and red though.

New Job!
Happily have a new side job that will keep me moving, so I will be burning plenty more at work. It will be nice being more active again outside of just my workout time frames. Hopefully it will kick my metabolism into overdrive and help my sleep.

Today's Workout
Had an amazing workout today. Happy to finally be getting back into my groove. Insanity core & balance down the hole and did a 2 mile run directly after. Felt I could go for a third mile, but my knees were still getting better, so I decided to take it easy and not push it too far just yet.
All in all, I am seeing huge jumps in my fitness levels and I am proud of that.

Getting the Ball Rolling
Today’s Insanity workout (still in recovery week) was wonderful! Had dropped off for a day, but I am happy to be back into my flow. 3rd Insanity Fit Test
So, did my 3rd fit test yesterday. My numbers from the 1st to the 3rd were: Switch Kicks - 69 to 124 Power Jacks - 27 to 42 Power Knees - 56 to 117 Power Jumps - 26 to 37 Globe Jumps - 5 to 12 Suicide Jumps - 10 to 13 Push-Ups Jacks - 0 to 28 Low Plank Obliques - 40 to 80 (could have gotten more but I literally slipped out of my shoes I was sweating so much!!) Felt really weak though....
