Had delicious vegetarian wraps tonight.  So tasty!  It can be so easy to make something savory, but still healthy if you are willing to think out of the box and be inventive with your meals! Onto the gym in about an hour.  I love late night gym sessions.

Good Insoles/Runner's Support

Interesting day
Took Dottie for a nice 2 mile walk around the lake today and met one of the best Olympian triple jumpers in the world.  The guy was super nice too, was asking about my camera and we got to talking about Sydney, since he went to the Sydney Olympics.  Looked him up afterwards to confirm and it is the truth.  He trains at Westerville North HS.  We talked quite a bit about fitness and running as well...
